WHAT IS SMALL, TALL AND INCLUDES A CHEESE GRATER?

The answer is CBAS TURNS THE PAGE EXHIBIT currently on display at the MidPointe Library in West Chester, OH.

All are invited to the Art Exhibit Walk Through at the MidPointe Library which will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 1:30 pm. The West Chester Branch of the library is located at 9363 Centre Pointe Drive. For directions and other information about the library go to http://MidPointelibrary.org This is the same exit as IKEA. Small books, tall books and a book made from a cheese grater are among the 34 books created by 13 book artists from three states. Join us to hear the history of each book, why it was made and how it was made.

After entering the library turn left into the main part of the library and head toward the back where there is a large wooden display case that includes a fireplace. That is the assembly area for an informative walk through of the books on display. If we have a large group we will adjourn to a larger room where a PowerPoint presentation of the exhibit will play and book artists will be able to talk about their books. And there will be plenty of time either way for viewing of the books and asking questions of their makers.

Look for the real titles for the “small” book created by Anne Skove, the “tall” created by Judith Serling-Sturm and “a cheese grater” created by A. Leader.

If you are unable to make that date please visit the library at your convenience as the exhibit will be up through December 6th. Check the library website for hours.
